Additional Information
Travel - RCBAudio is a Charleston based mobile DJ Service. Any event greater than 50 miles from Charleston will incur mileage fees. Any event more than 1 hour drive time from Charleston will uncur mileage fees and a fee for overnight accomodations.
Load / Setup Fees - Most of the times there are no setup fees. However, there are some venues in Charleston that have very difficult load-ins due to lack of elevators, ramps or require parking fees. These fees will be included in agreements where these venues are the locations for the events.
When reviewing and signing the Service Agreement we strongly encourage you to take notice of the Weather Policy, Electrical Requirements, & Venue Policy.

The estimate provided should be considered a soft quote until we have the opportunity to speak with you in person or through personal email to understand your specific wants and details and then we will be hapy to provide you a more detailed quote. Some Charleston area based DJ service charge a lot of money for their services and this can be for a variety or reasons: expensive advertising; supporting multiple DJ's (including their DJ setups, licensed music copies and subscriptions); high rent office space, etc…
Other Charleston based DJ services charge incredibly low prices. This, again can be for a variety of reasons: no advertising; lack of or minimal experience; low-end equipment; no backup equipment; no business license; no business insurance; illegal music source (spotify, YouTube streaming, [believe it or not it does happen]), etc...
We are able to provide quality, professional DJ Service by following our business plan, which allows us to make a profit while still covering our expenses of: annual business license; annual DJ insurance; a regular schedule for replacement of equipment (including backup equipment); our legal music subscription service, advertising, etc.
